Features:

  • Detached family house in landscaped plot of 5000 m2.
  • Study of native vegetation for solar protection, and water runoff optimisation. Semi-opened patio, as an interior collector of solar radiation, which creates a permanent microclimate.

 Tasks:

  • Drafting of architecture project.
  • Management and control of construction works.
  • Plot development, landscaping and water recovery project.
  • Management of collegial, legal, municipal, notarial and registry processing.
  • Interior design, with personalised advice regarding materials, lighting and solar energy.
